We're a social enterprise...
Commercially focused, and communities-led our UK ecosystem is self-sustaining and at the centre of community evolution.
Socioeconomic impact is central to our business model...
To fund the existence and growth of the UK ecosystem, we operate commercially with the many businesses who have a vested interest in supporting communities (as either suppliers to over £300 billion in UK public spending, or brands serving consumers within UK communities).
Commercially, we only charge businesses: via an annual subscription fee (according to the annual turnover), and we also replicate the "sponsored by" media model where businesses can headline sponsor within the ecosystem to reach our audience or establish a brand profile to public buyers.
Everyone else within the ecosystem (stakeholders shown below who are public buyers, charities & social enterprises, and universities) enjoy access for FREE - they are the "pollen" which attracts the business bees our ecosystem needs to commercially evolve.

"A social enterprise is not a legal structure but a powerful way of doing business."
The UK government defines a social enterprise as an organisation that applies commercial strategies which maximize commercial operations, for improvements in socioeconomic and environmental well-being.
We operate as a limited company for profit, but are run as a social enterprise - re-investing in what we have already invested to build and start-up. As a business team, we are 100% focused upon supporting the charities & social enterprises who we know are making impact - this impact is what proves our existence works and drives businesses to support community activities which are strategically aligned.
As a social enterprise, we are focused upon THREE things:
DICM
Our proprietary Dual Impact Collaboration Model (DICM) connects into and supports public buying across the UK - giving us scale to support businesses into public contracts.
Sponsors
Our DICM is embedded into 45 UK territories, our built-in process enables ecosystem businesses to connect-with and sponsor local activities and we link these to supply contracts.
Growth
Within 45 territories we're scaling the DICM, establishing a new dual impact social value economy to sustain activities building healthier, safer and more resilient communities.
